Paula Asinof is a broadly experienced career management executive and founder of Yellow Brick Path, a career coaching and consulting firm. She has been a catalyst for accelerating or redirecting numerous careers as she works with individuals and companies to help successful executives move up or move on to their next career opportunities. She has also led innovative initiatives to build top performing organizations with staying power. |
| Paula is distinguished by her ability to identify and develop talent. Throughout her career, she has helped clients, subordinates, and peers recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as “A” players. She has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to their organizations. In addition to founding Yellow Brick Path, Paula is the co-founder of Coach Academy Texas, a new company that will launch a cutting-edge coach training program in March 2007. She is a Principal Consultant with the Positive Coaching Group, an affiliated executive coaching firm. Paula’s background includes serving as Director of Career Services for Sanford-Brown Institute where she received the President’s Leadership Award as well as ten years of executive search experience. Earlier, she held leadership positions in Information Technology and Finance with GTE (now Verizon), Rand McNally, Brunswick, and the Midwest Stock Exchange. She began her career with Laventhol & Horwath CPAs. Paula has authored articles in the business and local press on interviewing women and on the ever evolving job markets. She is co-authoring a book, Be Sharp: The Definitive Guide to Powerful Introductions and Professional Bios, to be published in 2008. She is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified NLP Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Paula has served on the Boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas-Dallas County and the Friends of the Katy Trail, an urban thoroughfare in Dallas. She holds a BA from Washington University, an MA from Columbia University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
